Erik Ikhilov is a founding member and general partner of the firm. Erik Ikhilov received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Brooklyn College of City University of New York in 1990. He received a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1993. Mr. Ikhilov has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. Mr. Ikhilov represents foreign and domestic companies and individuals before the State Courts of New York. Mr. Ikhilov currently represents the firm in all motion practice and all trial work. Mr. Ikhilov has wide range of clients which maintain a long standing relationship with this firm. Mr. Ikhilov came to the United States at the age of 12 and was raised in Brooklyn, New York, where he resides with his wife and two children. Mr. Erik Ikhilov has represented personal injury victims in all courts of New York City and surrounding counties. He has 25 years of experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception to trial. Under his supervision and management, the firm has recovered millions of dollars for injury victims throughout the state.
