Mr. Hopper graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University in 1993. The following year, Kevin moved to Raleigh in and opened his own practice. He has since practiced at all trial levels in North Carolina in Wake County (and surrounding counties), where he maintains a trial practice with a primary focus on family law and civil litigation.
