Mr. Green also serves as the General Counsel of the National Coordinating Committee for Multiemployer Plans. Prior to joining the Firm as a founding partner, Mr. Green led the employee benefits practice at the former Beins, Axelrod, Osborne, Mooney & Green, P.C. Mr. Green originally gained his ERISA expertise as an attorney with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, after serving as a clerk for the Hon. Rita C. Davidson on the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
