Andrew Anselmi, a partner and co-founder of the firm, is a trial lawyer with a focus on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation. In the area of environmental litigation, Andrew helps clients navigate the complexities of environmental laws and regulations, providing trial and compliance counsel to Fortune 500, national, regional, and local companies. In addition, Andrew represents national and international companies in construction, tort, product liability and class actions, often being called upon to argue the law of other jurisdictions. Andrew works tirelessly on behalf of his clients and his community to provide exceptional counsel and service. Stephenie is a founding member of Anthony & Partners, LLC, with offices located in Tampa and Bartow, Florida. She is a past President, Chairman and Secretary of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, having served on the Association’s Board for eight consecutive years. For two years following admission to The Florida Bar, Stephenie clerked for the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Stephenie is a trial lawyer focusing on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. During her career, Stephenie has represented lenders, fiduciaries, and other parties-in-interest in Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
