Evan J. Kelly is a seasoned trial attorney who has accumulated a wealth of experience handling high profile cases such as First Degree Murder, Rape and Attempted Homicide. Mr. Kelly has represented elected officials, professional athletes and other well-known individuals for numerous crimes throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. from West Chester University before attending Villanova University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. Mr. Kelly is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He speaks both English and Spanish.

Sarah Kelly-Kilgore is the executive partner of Holland & Knight's Newport Beach office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Kilgore focuses her practice on high-stakes litigation matters and complex business disputes. Ms. Kilgore has experience litigating cases in a broad range of practice areas, including fraud, business torts, defamation, contracts, federal agency enforcement actions, unfair competition and corporate governance disputes. She has been lead counsel in a number of high-profile cases involving significant national and international public attention, including matters reported in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and The Boston Globe. In addition, Ms. Kilgore regularly advises business entities on compliance and regulatory matters and issues of employment law, including sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination. Her clients include public companies, private businesses, executives and celebrities. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Kilgore was the managing partner for the Los Angeles office of an elite boutique trial law firm. While in law school, Ms. Kilgore was the editor-in-chief of the American Criminal Law Review and an associate editor of the Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. She was also a member of the Georgetown Moot Court Team.

Ms. Kelso specializes in criminal, juvenile, and family law. A native Oklahoman, Kelli grew up in Midwest City, graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. She focuses on easing the stress of her clients by providing an informed and well-planned defense on their behalf.

Employment Law and Real Estate Law Laurie A. Kemp is the co-owner of Momentum Title Agency and Kemp Law Offices and Of Counsel at Church, Langdon, Lopp and Banet Law. In addition to her real estate practice where she assists lenders, real estate agents and individuals in commercial and residential purchases and refinances, Laurie also handles an employment law practice where she represents and defends local employers in human resource and employment law matters. Laurie assists clients with implementing proactive and effective strategies for handling day-to-day employment issues including disciplinary matters, terminations, investigations, and policy review. She also works with clients to develop and conduct in-house trainings for employees and management. Laurie practices in all state and federal courts in Kentucky and Indiana, handling a variety of employment cases stemming from discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims as well as contract and restrictive covenant disputes.
