Raised in a small town near East Lansing, Mr. Ash went to Michigan State University where he received a BA in Business Administration in 1985. He worked for Michigan National Corporation where he discovered a desire for the law. Mr. Ash graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1993. During law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for three Circuit Court Judges: Honorable Alice Gilbert; Honorable Robert Anderson; and Honorable Rudy Nichols. Upon graduation, Mr. Ash started his firm which today is Ash & Ash Legal Group. His connection to the judges allowed continued service to the court as an appointed lawyer. Ash quickly gained litigation skills in and out of trial.
