Lisa L. Johnston is the principal member of the Law Offices of Lisa L. Johnston & Associates with offices in Yonkers and New York City. She is a cum laude graduate of The American University, attended Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1992. She is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Lisa is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and sat on the Special Committee for LGBT People & the Law, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the NY County Lawyers Association. She is a founding member of the Emerald Isle Immigration Center a non-profit agency which provides assistance to immigrants and served on its Executive Committee for over 20 years. Originally from upstate New York, Steve earned his bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo before he went on to attend law school at Widener University School of Law. There, he graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors and was ranked first in his graduating class of 99 law students. He also earned several accolades as an editor of the Widener Law Journal. Following law school, Steve received his license to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He accepted a position with a well-known defense firm in Buffalo, where he practiced insurance defense litigation for over a year. He relocated to Arizona in 2013 and immediately joined the Phillips Law Group team. He has been an integral teammate and leader at Phillips Law Group ever since. Laura is a creative, pragmatic business lawyer and leader who has focused on business and business law during her career. Starting as a commercial lender, gaining 5 years' experience working with bank clients and financial analysis, Laura pivoted to law and developed her skills though large firms and in-house positions at technology companies. Laura is passionate about leading through change, helping others develop their skills, and providing risk-managed advice to clients to help them achieve their business objectives in a responsible and ethical manner. Laura is the proud parent of 2 young men, two rescue dogs and three rescue cats, and spends her free time serving on the Board of the National Edgar Allan Poe Theatre in Baltimore, MD and traveling with her partner.

It has been Angela’s pleasure and honor to accompany her active-duty U.S. Army spouse throughout his career. Now permanently located in Colorado Springs, she has been overjoyed to have returned to her profession and calling. It is her passion to provide dynamic, dedicated, client-focused litigation advocacy. While she enjoyed her initial years of practice working for a large law firm and serving corporate and institutional clients, Angela finds it especially rewarding to have the opportunity to employ the skills and experience that she gained in that setting for the benefit of her individual and small business clients. Angela attended Austin Peay State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, cum laude, in 1996. Her honors there included, among others, being named a Harry S. Truman Scholar. She earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1999. While in law school, Angela served as a Tennessee Law Review editor, worked as a community mediator, and was inducted into both the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi. Angela is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Tennessee. She was admitted to the Tennessee State Bar in 1999, to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee in 2000, to the Colorado State Bar in 2014, and to the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado in 2015. Her civil litigation experience includes family law, business, employment, real estate, and probate matters.
