Brad practices in the areas of product liability, premises liability, insurance and construction litigation. He represents a variety of corporations and insurers in personal injury and property damage cases nationwide. Brad has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in State and Federal Court involving products such as thermostats, high pressure paint sprayers, oil lube pumps, underground fuel tanks, elevators and processing equipment. Brad has also successfully tried insurance coverage cases involving arson, fraud and fire subrogation. Brad graduated from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota in 1983. He received his JD from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988. Brad practiced as an associate with the law firm of Flynn, Gaskins & Bennett, LLP before he became a partner in 1996. Brad joined the Morrison Sund firm as a Principal in 2010. Brad is an active member in the Product Liability Committee for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Institute. Gina Azzolino has practiced family law exclusively since 2005. Ms. Azzolino has significant experience in all areas of family law, including child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, date of separation disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, set-aside of a prenuptial agreement, property division, reimbursement claims and other complex financial issues. Ms. Azzolino works closely and regularly with forensic accountants and mental health professionals to reach successful results for her clients. With considerable courtroom experience, including law and motion practice, settlement conferences and trials, Ms. Azzolino's legal experience also includes immigration, bankruptcy and contested guardianship matters which often overlap with family law matters. Ms. Azzolino received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis in 2000. She double majored in International Relations and Italian, going on to receive her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Ellen Hoke Babb was born in Greenville, South Carolina. A second generation attorney, Ms. Babb understands clients’ need compassionate results driven attorneys representing them. Ms. Babb studied at East China Normal University in Shanghai, China. She graduated with honors from Mercer Law School with an Advanced Legal Research, Drafting and Writing Certificate. While attending Mercer, she was on the American Bar Association Negotiation Team. Ms. Babb completed her undergraduate degree at Furman University. While a student at Furman, Ms. Babb presented a paper on The Effects of Signs on Pro-social Behavior to the Carolinas Conference/National Conference on Undergraduate Research. Ms. Babb is a Certified Family Court Mediator and Private Guardian ad Litem. She successfully litigates cases in Civil and Family Court.
