Kyle Bagen is an associate attorney with the Bagen Law Firm. As with all the attorneys in the firm, his practice area is limited exclusively to Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, with heavy emphasis on all types of motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Kyle was born and raised in north central Florida and is a graduate of Buchholz High School in Gainesville. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. Prior to graduating from law school, Kyle spent several summers working as a law clerk for our firm. He also enjoyed a semester abroad in Spain, studying International Law and traveling throughout Europe. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Alachua County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Inns of Court, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. Kyle is an avid motorcycle rider and has also had a lifelong interest in athletics, including basketball, football, and golf. He’s a past winner of the 8th Judicial Bar Association Golf Tournament. Suzette Bagneris earned her legal degree in 1993 from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She practiced at several civil litigation firms as an associate and obtained substantial trial experience litigating civil cases throughout the State of Louisiana, including class actions. Attorney Wayne Bailey is a local Cherokee County lawyer with extensive experience in estate planning, probate law, taxation, real estate, business contracts, commercial litigation and appeals. Mr. Bailey first obtained his B.S. in accounting from Northeastern State University in 1990. In 2002, he earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas. The following year, he graduated with an LL.M in taxation from the University of Missouri. Mr. Bailey is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma; and the Cherokee Nation Tribal Courts. Mr. Bailey is active in a number of professional organizations, including the Cherokee Nation Bar and the Cherokee County Bar Association. Tim Bailey centers his practice on the dignity and safety of workers. Born in Mullens and raised in Man, West Virginia, he has first-hand knowledge of the dangers and sacrifices experienced in the heart of coal country. His experience includes trucking cases involving serious bodily injury or death and cases resulting from defectively designed automobiles and mining equipment.
