For more than 30 years, Kyle Bachus has devoted his career to representing injured people and families who have lost loved ones. He does not represent insurance companies. He does not represent large corporations. His entire professional life has been spent standing across the aisle from insurers and corporate defendants, fighting for families facing permanent and life-altering harm. When a fatal crash, catastrophic injury, or preventable death turns a family’s world upside down, families across Colorado seek out Kyle because helping people through exactly that crisis is his life’s work. Kyle’s authority is not grounded in slogans but in Colorado law itself. The statutes protecting injury victims and Colorado Supreme Court decisions enforcing insurance obligations exist entirely because of his work.
