Kelsey Nicolaisen is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass, where she practices on the firm’s Premises Liability Team. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, she represented corporate and individual clients in a wide array of civil law matters related to business torts, breach of contract disputes, personal injury claims, malpractice, employment and housing law matters, and workers' compensation claims. She also discreetly represented clients in high-profile divorce litigations where spousal support, child support, child custody, division of property, and post judgment issues are amplified by the fact that clients or client's spouse had substantial income, investments, real property, or intellectual property. Ms. Nicolaisen received her JD from Southwestern Law School and her BA in Communication, Business, & Sociology from the University of Southern California. During law school she was the recipient of the Zimring Memorial Scholarship and the president of the International Law Society.

Benjamin Nicolet joined Nicolet Law Office, S.C., as an attorney in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ben spent summers during law school clerking at the office. Ben handles bankruptcy and personal injury cases across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Ben is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin; as well as the federal courts of the District of Minnesota and Western District of Wisconsin.

Russell has focused his legal practice in the areas of bankruptcy and personal injury in Wisconsin and Minnesota. This focused approach allows him to provide clients with knowledgeable and effective representation while maintaining the personal attention they deserve. Russell has personally handled hundreds of cases from start to finish. John Nicoletti is the managing partner of the firm with more than 46 years of domestic and international insurance coverage litigation experience. John represents the interests of major international and domestic underwriters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He advises clients on a full range of insurance and reinsurance matters, with a focus on marine, inland marine, commercial property & casualty and energy insurance. John also counsels clients following pollution incidents on how to respond to the incident in compliance with federal and state law (e.g., Oil Pollution Act of 1990, Clean Water Act, CERCLA and state equivalents), on coordinating with governmental agencies responding to the incident, and on how to manage third-party claims arising out of the incident. In addition, John regularly represents a variety of interests in the shipping and transportation industries in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration, throughout the United States in connection with lawsuits arising out of maritime casualties, pollution incidents, cargo damage, charter party disputes, maritime liens, salvage, personal injury and commercial disputes.
