(the Estate of Jimi Hendrix) in their dispute for the release of historic, unseen footage of Jimi Hendrix performing at the Royal Albert Hall; prevailing on a motion to dismiss all claims against a private mortgage lender client in a trustee’s complaint in the matter of In re Stillwater Capital Partners, Inc. Litigation, No. 11-cv-2737; obtaining the dismissal of all claims against the firm’s client in Jason Draizen and Medical Cannabis Network v. Adam Linder and Stephen J. Czarnik, (NY Supreme, Index No. 650695/2015); and obtaining the vacatur of a large monetary judgment with full release of the firm’s client in 99 Jericho LLC v. Jim G. Dane, Paul Burton & XYZ Corp. (NY Supreme, Index No. 605574/2014). Mr. Reitzas also counsels a world renowned television and film director on a wide range of matters, including spearheading a film distribution arrangement that revolutionized the moviegoing experience; advertising projects with major apparel companies; and negotiating the production of both television programs and feature films. In addition, Mr. Reitzas has lectured on numerous legal topics, and has appeared on the Pawling Public Radio Show, “This Side of the Law.” Mr. Reitzas previously served in the legal department for Rockefeller & Company, Inc., an associate for Bear Stearns & Company, Inc., and a senior associate at a large New York law firm. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors for 200 East 16th Street Housing Corporation, and principal of Harkness Advisors, LLC. A longtime member of the New York Bar Association, Mr. Reitzas completed his undergraduate work at Bowdoin College in 1998, and received his Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001. Mr. Reitzas is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the states of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Court of International Trade. Mr. Reitzas has been active as a committee member for the Richard A. Reitzas Athletic Endowment for The Wheeler School, and as an alumni interviewer for Phillips Exeter Academy, and Bowdoin College. He previously served as a committee member for the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Attorney Professionalism and member of the Hedge Fund and Private Equity Group at the Harvard Club of New York.

Ms. Gunjan Rekhi is the founder and principal Attorney of Rekhi Law Offices, located in New York City. Ms. Rekhi completed her Master’s of Law degree (LL.M.) from New York University (NYU) School of Law. Entertainment, Sports and Media law Lloyd Z. Remick, Esquire is President of Zane Management, Inc., a Philadelphia based sports, entertainment and communications consulting and management firm. Mr. Remick received his B.S. from Wharton School in 1959, his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1962, and a L.L.M. in tax law from Villanova School of Law in 1984. Mr. Remick represents several award winning recording artists, writers, and producers, as well as a number of television, radio, and entertainment personalities. He represented and managed the late Grammy Award winning Grover Washington, Jr. for over 20 years and 4-time Grammy singer, producer and recording artist Bunny Sigler. He is also a registered contract adviser with the National Football League Players’ Association and the NCAA and has represented athletes in a variety of other sports. Mr. Remick was also general counsel for the Sunoco Welcome America festival for over a decade. Mr. Remick teaches entertainment, sports and hospitality law at Temple University and guest lectures at various organizations and universities throughout the country on a host of entertainment, sports, hospitality, and business related topics. Mr. Rencher started his practice of law defending health care professionals expanding into a wide range defense of licensed professionals and litigation. Roger Reneau was born and raised in Midwest City, Oklahoma where he graduated high school in 1985. He received a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He attended received his Juris Doctorate at Oklahoma City University School of Law where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. Roger was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1993. Since that time, Roger has concentrated his practice in the areas of divorce, bankruptcy, probate, criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning. Roger is licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, all three Oklahoma Federal Districts, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Roger has been active in legal organizations including Phi Delta Phi, Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court, American College of Barristers, American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association. He has served on various committees including the Fee Grievance and Ethics Committee, and Family Law Section. Mr. Reneau helped form and was chairperson of the Solo and Small Firm Conference which has become one of the largest annual conferences of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
