Ms. Sachs majored in Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before obtaining her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law. She currently practices various facets of family law including: divorce, modification of custody or child support, enforcement of prior orders (also called contempts), adoption, and legitimation/ paternity cases (where the parties were never married but they have a dispute over their children).

Amir Hassan Sadaghiani has been the Managing Partner of Ostrer & Sadaghiani, P.C. since April 2022. Prior to forming the firm with his law partner, Benjamin Ostrer, Amir had been an attorney with Ostrer & Associates, P.C. since October 2014. He was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2021. Prior to entering private practice, he served the people of Orange County as an Assistant District Attorney since December 2006.While serving in the Orange County District Attorney's Office, he investigated, prosecuted, and tried numerous cases to verdict involving the crimes of murder, vehicular assault, arson, assault, intimidating a witness, robbery, burglary, criminal possession of a weapon, possession and sale of narcotics and marihuana, driving while intoxicated and larceny. Mr. Sadaghiani was assigned to the Special Investigations Unit where he oversaw the District Attorney's Office's wiretaps. He also was assigned to the Major Crimes On-Call Panel where he responded to the scene of homicides and assisted in the beginning stages of investigation. Mr. Sadaghiani is a member of the New York State Bar and is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has served as a mock trial coach and was the attorney coach for the 2008 Port Jervis High School Orange County championship team. Amir was raised in the Town of Deerpark and graduated from Port Jervis High School in 1999. He graduated in 2003 from Bucknell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in American Politics. At Bucknell, Mr. Sadaghiani served as both Student Body President and Student Body Vice-President of Finance. He served as chair of the Bucknell Community Judicial Board and was a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. In 2006, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School. At Notre Dame, Mr. Sadaghiani served as Student Body President and was co-captain of the Moot Court Trial Team. At Commencement, he was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for distinguished achievement in the art of advocacy, the Judge Joseph E. Mahoney Award for outstanding leadership and the Captain William O. McLean Law School Community Citizenship Award.

Sidney M. Sadeghi. Ms. Sadeghi has been an attorney for over 14 years. She has managed a diverse caseload involving civil trial litigation for the majority of her legal career. Ms. Sadeghi earned her education at the University of California at Irvine, Cambridge University in England, and Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles. Over her career, Ms. Sadeghi has obtained a multitude of trial victories for a variety of types of cases spanning from business litigation, general civil litigation, criminal law, probate litigation, and worker’s compensation. Ms. Sadeghi is a zealous advocate for her clients. Ms. Sadeghi is a frequent public speaker and lead trainer at events and seminars to raise awareness in various areas. Ms. Sadeghi’s book she authored entitled “Law in a Nutshell for the CEO,” will be published and available in 2020. Ms. Sadeghi speaks conversational French, Farsi, and limited Spanish. In her spare time, she is an avid snowboarder, scuba diver, fitness enthusiast, and Lakers Fan. She resides in Orange County, California, with her husband and two daughters. Ms. Sadeghi came to our firm seeking a new way to make a difference in people’s lives in 2019, and her zeal for the injured workers we represent has proven to be an excellent addition to our team.

Ramtin Sadighim obtained a bachelor's degree in management from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for about five years at personal injury law firms. From this, he gained experience with drafting documents, attending depositions, filing motions or opposing motions, and other tasks. As your lawyer, Mr. Sadighim will approach your case with the flexibility and focused attention it requires. He will do whatever is necessary to obtain an outcome that is in your best interests, whether that is achieved in or out of court.

Mr. Sadlock joined Freeburn Hamilton in 2014. He was previously associated with the law firm Angino & Rovner where he represented injury victims for over 28 years. Mr. Sadlock is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Sadlock is a member of county, state and federal bar associations, and is a United States Middle District Court Certified Mediator. Mr. Sadlock has successfully tried numerous cases throughout Central Pennsylvania and has recovered multi-millions of dollars for his clients.
