After being admitted to the bar in June 2010, Mr. Rhine began handling criminal cases as a solo practitioner. After approximately a year, he transitioned into civil litigation. Since 2011, Mr. Rhine has been a litigation attorney and has focused his practice handling various matters ranging from labor and employment, property, business disputes, contract cases and HOA matters. Mr. Rhine was an associate for the American Inns of Court, Louis M. Welsh Inn, for the 2012-2013 year. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Rhine handles all civil ligation matters, including contract actions, real property disputes, business matters and employment matters from inception through resolution.

Quentin’s practice is focused exclusively on litigation. He places an emphasis on serving small businesses and individuals with trials and appeals. This focus has given him a broad range of trial experience including wildfire and forest fire lawsuits, personal injury and wrongful death, airplane crashes, insurance bad faith, self-defense, legal and professional malpractice, business, commercial and real estate law, and political practice and election law. Quentin is a regular speaker on topics involving firearms law, jury trial techniques and legal ethics. Quentin was admitted to the State Bar of Montana in 1995, after which he served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable John L. Peterson, Chief Judge, Bankruptcy Court, District of Montana before joining the Missoula law firm of Sullivan & Tabaracci in October, 1997. He was a principal shareholder in Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C. from 2000 to 2014. In 2015, he co-founded the law firm of Rhoades & Erickson, PLLC. In 2016 and 2017 he was awarded the Peer Review Rating of “Preeminent” from Martindale-Hubbell, the gold standard in attorney ratings. Quentin attended Montana State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with honors in 1989 and a Master of Arts degree in American History with high honors in 1992. He then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 1995. While attending school, Quentin was active as a hotshot crew member and smokejumper in states all over the west from 1985 through 1994 and served as an Infantryman in the Montana National Guard. Quentin and his wife Suzanne, having raised their three daughters, now enjoy adventure travel and the best of the Western Montana outdoor lifestyle, including hiking, canoeing, backpacking, skiing and mountaineering in Montana and around the Pacific Northwest. Quentin also competes in USAPL powerlifting, where he both officiates and holds a number of Montana state records.

Stacey attended Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies in 1994.
