Mr. Stein is Vice President and a founding member of Greenberg & Stein, P.C. Mr. Stein is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but has called the New York Metropolitan Area home since 1991. Mr. Stein received his undergraduate degree in International Relations from Boston University in 1991. He graduated from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994.

A long-term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Stein is a partner at Flangas Law Group and concentrates her practice on securities law, entertainment law, civil litigation, and corporate law. Ms. Stein’s experience in banking, securities, the gaming industry and law has provided her a strong business background to assist her clients on a business and legal level. Ms. Stein provides both transactional and litigation services and has experience representing clients in a range of clients. Prior to re-joining Flangas Law Group, Ms. Stein worked for the largest Nevada based firm as a named partner and national law firms performing similar services. Prior to re-entering private practice, Ms. Stein served as Chief of Enforcement to the Office of the Nevada Secretary of State, Securities Division. Ms. Stein is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nevada and State of California.

Partner Kevin B. Steinberg has spent 23 years dedicating himself to protecting the rights of injured victims and consumers. His decades of experience as a trial lawyer enable him to digest the often complex issues involved in injury claims, and to galvanize the salient facts to obtain maximum recoveries for his clients. Prior to co-founding PollackSteinberg, LLP, with partner Ronald S. Pollack, Mr. Steinberg had the unique opportunity of managing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Departments as a partner and senior associate in two prominent center city Philadelphia insurance defense litigation firms. This experience gave him an intimate understanding of the defense mentality and the manner in which they handle and try cases, which enables him to effectively represent and advise his clients to ensure that they obtain the damages and recoveries to which they are rightfully entitled. At PollackSteinberg, LLP, Mr. Steinberg uses his years of experience as a trial lawyer to supervise the firm’s legal staff. He is directly responsible for handling all of the firm’s pre-trial case work, conducts depositions, navigates complicated discovery issues, handles arbitrations and mediations. He is also responsible for handling and trying all of the firm's Workers' Compensation cases where he only represents the rights of injured workers. As an advocate for injured people, Mr. Steinberg uses his legal knowledge and skill to ensure that the all of the firm’s resources are dedicated to the needs of those injured by other people’s negligence. Mr. Steinberg’s passion for fighting for the rights of injured people comes from personal experience. Early in his legal career, Mr. Steinberg was involved a serious motor vehicle collision where he sustained serious and permanent injuries to his lower back and knees. This humbling experience made him fully appreciate what it is like to be seriously injured as a result of someone’s carelessness. The accident gave him a solid understanding of what his clients go through every day, while they try to manage their day-to-day responsibilities, which has driven him to vigorously and effectively fight for all of the recovery and damages to which his clients are legally entitled. In his free time, Mr. Steinberg takes pride in being an active member of his community. He and his wife, Wendy, have been married for over 22 years, and their four boys are involved in multiple sports leagues and organizations. He has devoted the last 14 years volunteering as a coach for his boys’ baseball, soccer, and basketball teams, and serves as a board member for several community sports organizations, which he has consistently done for the last decade.
