He has focused his career on high profile complex cases. With over 25 years of experience handling a wide variety of civil and criminal matters, including more than 200 bench and jury trials, David has personally interviewed and/or hired hundreds of expert witnesses for criminal, civil including trucking, auto, aviation, products and premise liability, and medical malpractice cases. David is in rare legal company having successfully won seven figure jury verdicts in three separate areas of the law including auto accident, premise liability and medical malpractice. David focused his practice on medical malpractice and high end personal injury cases throughout Florida. He has successfully resolved personal injury cases, as lead trial attorney or as a key trial team member, in excess of $120 million in settlements and verdicts from 1997 to 2007. Additionally, David spent a number of years in private practice, handling a range of criminal defense and plaintiff personal injury cases. He earned his B.S. from Florida State University before attending Cumberland College of Tennessee School of Law, where he earned his J.D.

Elmira Tofanyan is an associate attorney with a focus on real estate and general liability matters at Kulik, Gottesman, Siegel, & Ware, LLP. With a deep understanding of the complexities of these fields, Elmira is committed to providing exceptional legal representation to clients facing disputes in these areas. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School through its accelerated two-year program, Elmira was admitted to practice law in California. At Southwestern, she was a finalist in the Negotiation Honors Program’s Intramural Competition, and a recipient of the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship Award as well as the Public Service Distinction Award. Prior to law school, Elmira completed her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both, Philosophy and Political Science at UC Irvine. As a first-generation attorney, she understands the importance of hard work and determination in achieving success, and approaches each case with diligence and tenacity, working closely with clients to develop effective strategies tailored to their unique needs and objectives. Prior to joining KGSW, Elmira practiced law at a boutique litigation firm with a focus on Employment and Labor Law. She successfully argued for the dismissal of the representative PAGA claims brought against her client, at a time when courts were customarily staying cases pending the California Supreme Court’s ruling on Adolph v. Uber Technologies, Inc. In addition to her legal practice, Elmira is actively involved in the legal community and maintains memberships in professional associations such as the Armenian Women’s Bar Association. She stays abreast of the latest developments in civil litigation to ensure that her clients receive the most up-to-date and effective legal representation.
