Michael Trippiedi has lived in the Las Vegas Valley for over 25 years, since 1994. Originally from New York, he moved out west and worked as a business owner of a small business for several years before pursuing a law career. Michael attended Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where he graduated Cum Laude. While at Boyd, he was selected as a member of the Law Journal, and his article “Do you have the skills to win at these games of chance” was one of only a few selected for publication. His published work has been cited in numerous legal articles and by multiple authors in law reviews around the country. Attorney Tropiano grew up in North Haven, Connecticut and attended local area schools. After graduating from high school, he attended Quinnipiac College, from which he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000. After college, he immediately attended Quinnipiac University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2003. Admitted the practice of law in 2003, Attorney Tropiano started working with Attorney Balzano and made partner in 2008. He has devoted most of his legal career to representing individuals who have been seriously injured by the negligence and wrongdoing of others. His genuine compassion for those who have been injured has had a broad and lasting effect with both past and current clients. Although a skilled negotiator, Attorney Tropiano is ready and willing to take every case to trial if that means the best outcome for the clients. Yolanda Trotman

Yolanda Trotman is originally from High Point, North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and she was a North Carolina Teaching Fellow. In 1999 she attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated in May 2002 with her Juris Doctor degree. Yolanda began her career as an Assistant Public Defender in October 2002 and in 2005 she opened her own law practice, the Law Office of Yolanda M. Trotman, PLLC. She was elected as a District Court Judge on November 2014 where she ultimately founded, iSpeak Now, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that teaches public speaking, critical thinking and related skills to students by utilizing the Mock Trial Experience and other models. She left the bench in December 2016 and returned to the private sector to practice law and to pursue to development and expansion of iSpeak Now. Yolanda remains active in the community and has received numerous awards for her service to the community.
