Brian J. Robbins is a co-founder and the managing partner of Robbins LLP. He has committed his entire career to representing shareholders, employees, consumers, and small businesses in complex litigation. Mr. Robbins has prosecuted hundreds of cases across the country, often in leadership roles, and has achieved sizable monetary recoveries and corporate governance improvements on behalf of his clients. NICHOLAS C. ROBER, JR., focuses his practice on personal injury, divorce/family law, construction litigation, criminal defense, DUI defense, estate planning, and real estate law. Nicholas has diverse experience in both criminal and civil law. Since his senior year of college when he began his first internship with the a public defender office in his home of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Nicholas has been involved in the law. He is an experienced litigator who has a true passion for helping his clients. Prior to starting Rober Law in 2020, now Rober & Phillips, Nicholas practiced at Blickhan, Timmerwilke & Woodworth in Quincy, Illinois. There he represented clients in divorce, family, criminal, personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Before moving back to Quincy, Illinois in 2019, Nicholas worked for the Chicago based, insurance defense law firm, Leahy, Eisenberg & Fraenkel, Ltd. At LEF, Nicholas was assigned to the litigation department and predominately handled cases involving motor vehicle accidents, semi-truck accidents, premises liability, and nursing home negligence under the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act. Prior to practicing at Leahy, Eisenberg & Fraenkel, Ltd., Nicholas worked in private practice at Pollock, Ennis & Heck in Quincy, Illinois, handling personal injury, divorce, family, construction, criminal, and workers' compensation cases. While attending law school, he volunteered as a law clerk for the Washtenaw County Public Defender Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan, defending indigent clients in misdemeanor and felony matters under Michigan Supreme Court Rule 8.120. Nicholas also served as a 711 Law Clerk for the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, prosecuting traffic and criminal cases in Aurora, Illinois. Nicholas and his wife, Gabrielle, moved from the Chicago area in 2019 and decided that they would make Quincy, Illinois their permanent home. They spend the majority of their time outside of work spending time with their three dogs, going to Mark Twain Lake and being outdoors. Nicholas is a former collegiate baseball player and has volunteered in both Michigan and Illinois with several schools and travel baseball teams as a coach. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family, jet skiing, wakeboarding, hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. Nicholas received his B.A. from Concordia University in 2010 and his J.D. from Western Michigan University in 2014. Nicholas is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.

Cameron Simone Roberts is originally from Atlanta, GA. Cameron graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a minor in National Security, which which she graduated her junior year of college. She completed her 4th/senior year of undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish while residing in Barcelona, Spain, and attending La Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. Cameron attended law school at Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. She was elected President of AWLS (Women’s Lawyer Association) at Mercer Law. After law school, Cameron worked as Staff Attorney for the Honorable George Nunn, Chief Superior Court Judge in Houston County, GA, where she went on to serve as Assistant District Attorney. Cameron also served as Assistant District Attorney for the Tifton Judicial Circuit. In October 2021, Cameron was appointed as a Magistrate Judge in Tift County, GA. Cameron currently practices law at Cheves Briceno with a focus in personal injury. Amanda Roberts was born and raised in Northern Michigan, where Amanda’s family continues to live. Her parents own and operate their family owned business Robert’s Restaurant (which has been continually family owned for forty (40) years) in Boyne City, Michigan. After graduating from Boyne City High School, Amanda relocated to Hillsdale, Michigan, to attend college. Amanda received her undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College, where she majored in political science. While attending Hillsdale College, she participated in many community activities including creating community Christmas baskets, volunteering with Michigan Youth in Government and the Salvation Army, International Club, and many civic minded organizations. Upon graduating from Hillsdale College, Amanda began attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Throughout her time at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, she participated in many activities including: moot court, moot court judging, mock trial, Phi Alpha Delta, Lansing Teen Court, community Christmas baskets, and volunteering with the Salvation Army. Amanda was a member of the Dean’s List and graduated in the top half of her law school class. While attending law school, Amanda also attended Baker College where she received an Associate Degree with a focus on marketing and management. In 2012, Amanda travelled to Atlanta to complete nationally recognized training to be a parenting coordinator to further her practice of law and to expand into the changing market to assist families in the State of Nevada.
