Gregory joined Morgan & Morgan in 2022. Gregory graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in May 2010 and was recognized for Pro Bono Commitment to the Community. He is currently licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas. Gregory is a lifelong St. Louis resident and is currently serving a four year term on the Richmond Heights, Missouri City Council. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Gregory worked in insurance defense before following his true passion to focus his practice on fighting on behalf of those who has been injured. Gregory lives in Richmond Heights with his wife, and four children. In his free time Gregory enjoys coaching his children’s soccer and softball teams, spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.

Peter Villari, an equity partner and senior trial counsel at Villari, Brandes & Giannone, P.C., graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before earning his law degree from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. While at Dickinson, Peter actively participated in the trial moot court and was undefeated during his time in the program. Peter also clerked for a Pennsylvania state senator while in law school. Upon graduation from law school, Peter immediately began litigating cases on behalf of injured victims and commercial clients. Raised in a family business within a competitive industry, Peter developed and maintains a strong understanding of the complex needs and rights of businesses both big and small, as well as of their employees. Eventually, Peter dedicated his career to representing victims of personal injury caused by motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, defective products, premises defects and medical malpractice, but he still litigates complex commercial matters when requested. Peter's practice has focused on the representation of children who have suffered injury as a result of preventable birth trauma. Peter has successfully litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania, and has been involved in numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.
