A licenses trial attorney for 33 years, John has been recognized by numerous professional organizations for excellence. John is licensed in all Georgia trial court, the Georgia Court of Appeals as well as the Georgia Supreme Court. in addition, John is also licensed in the U.S. Supreme Court, the 8th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals as well as the U.S. District Court of Georgia Northern division. John has been pro tem judge in several different courts in Georgia. John also serves as a guardian ad litem in Juvenile, Superior and Probate Courts assisting the courts in difficult custody and visitation issues.

Amanda Roberts was born and raised in Northern Michigan, where Amanda’s family continues to live. Her parents own and operate their family owned business Robert’s Restaurant (which has been continually family owned for forty (40) years) in Boyne City, Michigan. After graduating from Boyne City High School, Amanda relocated to Hillsdale, Michigan, to attend college. Amanda received her undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College, where she majored in political science. While attending Hillsdale College, she participated in many community activities including creating community Christmas baskets, volunteering with Michigan Youth in Government and the Salvation Army, International Club, and many civic minded organizations. Upon graduating from Hillsdale College, Amanda began attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Throughout her time at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, she participated in many activities including: moot court, moot court judging, mock trial, Phi Alpha Delta, Lansing Teen Court, community Christmas baskets, and volunteering with the Salvation Army. Amanda was a member of the Dean’s List and graduated in the top half of her law school class. While attending law school, Amanda also attended Baker College where she received an Associate Degree with a focus on marketing and management. In 2012, Amanda travelled to Atlanta to complete nationally recognized training to be a parenting coordinator to further her practice of law and to expand into the changing market to assist families in the State of Nevada. Each year, Amanda participates in various Continuing Legal Education Classes (“CLE”) to stay up-to-date on changes in Nevada family law.

Brielle Roderick-Badoy is a dedicated family law attorney with deep ties to Denton and Collin counties, having grown up in Frisco. She brings strategic insight, strong advocacy, and a compassionate approach to her clients. Her practice is focused exclusively on family law, including custody, divorce, complex property division, and related matters. A lifelong athlete, Brielle earned a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Philosophy with honors while competing on the Division I golf team at Northern Illinois University. She returned to Texas to earn her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Brielle’s passion for family law grew through her work with the SMU Child Advocacy Clinic, where she served as both a student advocate and Chief, representing children as an Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem. She also gained valuable experience interning with Judge Haertling of the 442nd Denton District Court and local family law firms. Since entering private practice, Brielle has represented clients in a broad range of family law matters, including custody, divorce, property division, enforcement, modifications, protective orders, adoptions, name changes, paternity, terminations, post- and pre-nuptial agreements, and child support. Brielle is a child-centered and strategic advocate in custody cases. Known for her responsive communication and collaborative approach, she helps clients navigate challenging situations with clarity, confidence, and creativity. Her practice is shaped in part by personal ties to both law enforcement and military families, giving her added perspective in serving clients from diverse backgrounds as she represents clients throughout Denton, Collin, Dallas, and Tarrant counties. Outside of her legal practice, Brielle enjoys Pilates, exploring new restaurants, and staying active with her husband and their three dogs.

Sarah combines her passion for the law with compassion for clients. Sarah never saw the inside of a courtroom until after her first year of law school. This experience helps her understand and assist clients who are unfamiliar with legal procedure in a way that is more accessible and relatable. Sarah has successfully settled numerous divorce cases, resulting in a disproportionate property division in favor of her client. She has experience working with many local experts to value businesses and property, including in depth review of expert reports in order to negotiate and litigate high net worth and large asset property division cases. Sarah helps her clients concentrate on post litigation outcomes to determine priorities and a course of action that is specific to the client and his or her needs. With a focus on divorce, child custody, child support, enforcement, and modification of custody or support, Sarah has honed skills to walk clients through the family law system. She also offers effective and efficient mediation services.
