JEFFREY A. RYNOR is a founding member of Mitrani, Rynor, Adamsky & Toland, P.A., who practices in matrimonial and civil litigation where he is also a certified family mediator. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 1980 and received an LL.M. degree in Taxation from George Washington University in 1982. He received his undergraduate degree, with high honors and Phi Beta Kappa distinction, from the University of Florida in 1978. Mr. Rynor has been named one of South Florida’s “Top Lawyers” in the areas of civil litigation and matrimonial law in the “South Florida Legal Guide” and named one of Florida’s Super Lawyers. Mr. Rynor is the author of Comparative Negligence and Contribution in Florida: "Contribution from Parties Otherwise Immune from Suit," The Florida Bar 4th Edition 1992, and was a finalist in the 1996 Up & Comers Award established by the South Florida Business Journal. He was recognized by the Ronald McDonald House in 2002 as one of South Florida’s 12 “Good Men” and by the Miami News in 1988 as one of Dade’s “Good People.” In 2004, Mr. Rynor was inducted into the Miami Beach Senior High School Hall of Fame.

Marisa C. San Filippo is a Certified Family Law Specialist and a partner in the firm's Family Law Department. Ms. San Filippo handles a wide variety of cases, bringing her tenacity and knowledge to each matter, including: dissolution, legal separation, property characterization and division, child custody and visitation, pre-marital agreements, child and spousal support, paternity matters, domestic partnerships, and complex, high-asset matters. Ms. San Filippo has recent experience with cases involving valuation of business and partnership interests, goodwill, and stock options. Ms. San Filippo is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Ms. San Filippo earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May 2008. She also graduated as a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society. While in law school, Ms. San Filippo was a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review and published her comment on real estate valuation in the marital dissolution context in the fall of 2007. She received a CALI Award for Excellence in Family Law in spring 2007 and an award for Best Brief for Moot Court in spring 2006. Ms. San Filippo volunteers her time by handling pro bono cases through the Legal Aid Society's Domestic Violence Collaborative.
