Jean Marie Moses serves as the managing attorney and sole shareholder of the Men’s Divorce Law Firm. Attorney Moses joined the Men’s Divorce Law Firm in 2009 and worked alongside the Firm’s founder Jeffrey Feulner until his untimely passing in May 2021. She remains committed to carrying on Attorney Feulner’s legacy which is to provide aggressive, personalized, and knowledgeable representation to Husbands and Fathers in difficult family law matters. Attorney Moses strongly believes that children need a meaningful relationship with both of their parents and that Husbands and Fathers should have equal footing in family law cases. She strives to minimize the difficult impact that family law matters have on everyone involved, especially the children, in every case she handles. Attorney Moses is a zealous advocate and litigator and is known for providing aggressive representation in and out of the courtroom. Her years of experience in the courtroom have afforded her familiarity with the various and differing courtroom practices throughout the state. Attorney Moses is collaboratively trained and acts as a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida. She is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and Central Florida Association for Women’s Lawyers. The Men’s Divorce Law Firm handles all family law cases throughout the state of Florida including divorce, paternity, child support, alimony (spousal support), timesharing (custody), parenting plans, modifications, domestic violence injunctions, and adoption. Attorney Moses was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where she attended Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, Petit College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University, the College at Lincoln Center. While earning her degree in Journalism at Fordham, Attorney Moses was a staff writer for The Observer, authoring many articles relevant to the legal field. Attorney Moses acquired her passion for family law during a law school internship with Brevard County Legal Aid, during which she was an active member of the Brevard County Domestic Violence Task Force and Awareness Committee. In honoring their founder’s love of the Central Florida Community, the Men’s Divorce Law Firm team can often be seen sponsoring community events, participating in 5Ks, and volunteering to charitable causes that were close to Attorney Feulner.
