Al Shiyou, founder and principal of Shiyou Law Firm, is also a native of Pinola, Mississippi. He received his A.A. degree from Copiah Lincoln Junior College, his B.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi, and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. While attending law school, Al served as a probation officer in Hinds County, as an agent for the Mississippi Alcohol Beverage Control, and he also worked with Nationwide Insurance Company as an agent.
