Vijay Yellareddigari, Esq is an attorney at law and partner of Kasprzyk Yellareddigari LLC. Prior to founding Kasprzyk Yellareddigari LLC, Vijay worked with Chugh, LLP in Edison, NJ, Reilly Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C. in Philadelphia, PA and The Sampat Law Firm, LLC in Langhorne, PA. Vijay has worked on a variety of matters ranging from administrative, civil, criminal, real estate and immigration. Vijay is also a certified Panel Attorney to the Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association (AOPA). As Managing Partner at Yim & Yempuku, Monica received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of Hawaii at Manoa and her Juris Doctor degree from William S. Richardson School of Law. A second generation attorney admitted to practice in 2020, she has worked alongside Stephen B. Yim for the past 18 years. Monica’s specialized practice is in estate planning, including supplemental needs planning for families who have children with disabilities, as well as estate administration and probate. Gevik Yenoki is a Trial Attorney with Shegerian & Associates. His work as an employment discrimination attorney includes all aspects of trial and pre-trial litigation, including taking and defending depositions, pre-trial motions, discovery, mediation, and arbitration. ? His significant interest in litigation developed while volunteering at the Office of the District Attorney as a Certified Law Clerk in law school — also as a Post-Bar Law Clerk.
