Peter is Co-chair of Mintz’s national White Collar Defense & Government Investigations Practice and is a preeminent white collar defense attorney who specializes in assisting individuals facing charges or investigations, particularly those involving allegations of finance, health care, and art fraud, political corruption and antitrust violations. David J. Chavolla is a partner in the Business Law Practice Group. He concentrates in the representation and counseling of privately held business organizations in all aspects of their legal affairs. David has served as outside general counsel to a wide range of clients, including manufacturers and distributors of commercial and consumer products and services, software developers and providers, energy management firms, communications companies, consulting firms, and professional organizations. Evalina Cheadle earned her Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in 1978.
