Scott was born in Detroit, MI and lived there for 26 years before moving to Denver, Colorado for better weather and great skiing. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers with High Distinction in Economics and his Law Degree from the University Maryland School of Law. Following Law school he clerked for the Hon. Marshall Selikoff, J.S.C. who at that time was both the Assignment Judge and Presiding Judge Civil in Monmouth County. For most of the past 40 years, he has represented both individuals and businesses in all areas of civil litigation. During the past 20 years he has narrowed his practice to representing individuals in Employment Matters and in other areas of civil Litigation in State and Federal Courts here in New Jersey. To date, he has tried to conclusion over 125 Jury Trials and has been involved in thousands more. He has lectured extensively in the area of Employment Law and Insurance Coverage Law and has also published both articles and Op Ed. articles in these legal areas. Currently he is President of the National Employment Lawyers Association of New Jersey, the New Jersey affiliate of the National Organization. Previously, he had been Co-Chair of the Employment Law Section of the New Jersey Association for Justice and a member of its Board of Governors. He is also a member of both the Middlesex County Bar Association and Bergen County Bar Association. Formerly he was also a Registered Player Agent for the National Basketball Association. Evan has also been retained as an expert in numerous legal malpractice cases.

Matthew D. Goldsmith received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002 and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2005. Mr. Goldsmith is active in all phases of immigration and nationality law, focusing primarily on employment based immigration. He is admitted to practice as an attorney in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association. He is also an active member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) where he is a member of the Department of Labor Committee, the Young Lawyers Division Committee and the Media Committee.

Gerald “Gerry” Harris Goldstein is a nationally known and respected defense lawyer and Past President of both the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is a fellow in the American Board of Criminal Lawyers, American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at University of Texas School of Law in Austin and at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America as recognized by BL Rankings. He is also listed in Texas Lawyer’s Legal Legends. Gerry is also a founder and course director or the NACDL White Collar Crime Seminar. Goldstein is nationally renowned for his brilliant criminal defense advocacy and extraordinary skills as a lecturer. A 1991 recipient of the Rober C. Heeney Memorial Award from the NACDL, he served as amicus curiae for the NACDL in many high-profile cases, including CNN v. Manuel Noriega (1990), opposing network broadcasting of government tapes of Noriega’s conversations with his attorneys; and Joe Does v. United States (1994), arguing that lawyers should not be required to disclose the identity of cash-paying clients on IRS forms. His congressional testimony during the 1996 House Waco hearings is credited with helping to turn the tide against further suppression of citizen’s rights in America. Goldstein served as President of the NACDL from 1994-1995. Goldstein previously served as President of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association from 1992-1993. In 2002, he received the high honor of induction into the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Hall of Fame.
