John Hink focuses on commercial and residential (multi-family and subdivision) real estate transactions involving new development as well existing properties. He has extensive experience with commercial leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. John offers experienced counsel to both lenders and borrowers with respect to real estate financing, as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets. Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, P. A., John worked with two large Phoenix law firms. John is listed in the 2004 – 2017 editions of Chambers USA America’s Leading Business Lawyers, and the 2010 – 2017 editions of Best Lawyers, both in the category of Real Estate Law. He is also listed in the Southwest SuperLawyers. John is a native of Scottsdale, Arizona and is a life member of the Scottsdale Charros. He is a member of Arizona Town Hall and participated in Scottsdale Leadership (Class IV), the City of Scottsdale 2014 General Plan Task Force and the Scottsdale CityShape 2020 Advisory Team. John has previously served on the board of directors of Desert Voices Oral Learning Center and Paradise Valley Country Club. John is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. John holds a bachelor degree from the University of Arizona (Economics, B.A. – 1984) and a law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (J.D. – 1988). He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

Kimberly Hinkle (she/her) has been an associate attorney with The Law Offices of Stuart A. Reid since 2021. Kimberly is a Certified Financial Litigator and has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2012. Kimberly is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, serving as a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee since 2022. Prior to joining The Law Offices of Stuart A. Reid, Kimberly graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Idaho College of Law, clerked at the trial court level, served as a deputy prosecuting attorney, and has briefed and argued before the Seventh and Fourth Circuits. When not working or volunteering with community groups, Kimberly loves to travel to warm, sunny islands and also to partake in Geek culture.

Douglas Hirsch is a founding member and co-head of Sadis & Goldberg’s litigation department and has over 30 years of trial and appellate experience. Doug has successfully represented clients in complex securities and business litigation, including class action and derivative cases. Doug advises, litigates and arbitrates primarily for clients in the financial services and real estate industries, and therefore, has extensive experience in the areas of hedge fund, venture capital fund and private equity fund litigation, investment and securities fraud, business and partnership disputes, business divorce and dissolution, corporate governance, cross border insolvency litigation, fraudulent transfer and claw back claims, and real estate litigation. Doug started his career at Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith and then worked at Schulte Roth & Zabel before becoming one of the founding members of Sadis & Goldberg in 1996. Doug received his J.D. in 1990 from Hofstra University School of law, where he was a member of the law review. He received his B.A. degree in 1987 from Union College. He is a member of the New York bar and has been admitted to the First, Second and D.C. Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
