Ms. Lie received her Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Tulane Law School. While at Tulane, Ms. Lie was a Managing Editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal, as well as a student attorney with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic. Along with her Juris Doctorate, she obtained a certificate in Environmental Law. Ms. Lie has been admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of California and in the Central District of the United States District Court of California since 2000. Previously, Ms. Lie graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Political Science. Prior to joining Gaglione, Dolan & Kaplan, Ms. Lie was a senior associate at Waters, McCluskey & Boehle, handling and defending general liability, products liability and toxic tort matters. Ms. Lie joined Gaglione, Dolan & Kaplan in 2008. She handles the defense of real estate professional liability claims, construction defect and general liability claims.
