Mr. Mallery was admitted to The State Bar of California in 1984. Over the past seven years, Mr. Mallery has been the Lead Counsel for Gerawan Farming Inc., a family-owned business which is the largest grower of peaches, plums and nectarines in the United States. Mallery’s areas of practices include business labor and employment law. For more than 15 years, Mallery has served as Judge Pro-Tem for the Fresno County Superior Court, Juvenile Court. In addition to being recognized for excellence in the practice of law by Lawyers of Distinction, Mr. Mallery has also earned any honors, awards and accolades including being selected to be a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He was also nominated to become a Best Attorneys of America Lifetime Charter Member.
