Mr. Malloy received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Missouri – Columbia, Missouri in 2001 and went on to receive his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, New Orleans, Louisiana in 2004. 100% of his Practice is devoted to Litigation. Joe co-founded Stevens & Malone, LLP in 2007. Prior to moving to Wimberley in 2006, Joe practiced law in Chicago at two busy litigation firms. Joe focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and title law, business transactional law, business formations, wills, general estate planning and probate. Joe considers it a privilege to live and work in Wimberley, Texas and be a member of its great community. Joe currently serves as a member of the Wimberley Independent School District Board of Trustees, is a Director of the Wimberley Education Foundation, also having served as its past President, and is a Director of the Wimberley Valley Habitat for Humanity.
