David practices Employment litigation, focusing mainly on the public sector. David also advises employees on litigation prevention through employee therapy and training, as well as performing employee inquiries on behalf of employees. David defends individuals , corporations and municipalities in matters relating to employment, including discrimination , harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, and civil rights violations.

Tyrone C. Moncriffe is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and a faculty member of the Criminal Defense Institute. He is certified for first chair in Death Penalty cases in Harris County, Texas and, also lectures on acting and storytelling in trials where he uses skills learned from Sandra Zimmer’s Self Expression Center in Houston, Texas. In 1978, he graduated from Texas Southern University, magna cum laude. After completion of his undergraduate degree, Tyrone continued his education at Thurgood Marshall School of Law graduating in 1982. Tyrone was honored with a Trail Blazer Award by Harris County Black Criminal Lawyers in 2015, The Presidential Award 2015 for work with TCDLA.

Rebecka A. Monez is a duly licensed attorney in all California Courts as well as Federal Courts. Rebecka cares about her clients and the outcome of a client’s case. She will listen to a client because even the smallest details can be important in a legal case. Rebecka will then give an opinion to the client. She is very direct and straight forward. Rebecka believes that being straight forward is the best practice as she never wants a client to have a misconception about their case, and “beating around the bush” usually helps no one. Rebecka became an attorney because she wanted to change the outcome for her clients – for the better.
