Donelle H. Ratheal is the senior attorney of Ratheal Family Law. From 1993 to 2011, she was the senior attorney at Ratheal & Associates. From 2011 to 2019, Donelle was the managing partner of Ratheal, Maggard & Fortune, PLLC. Donelle has accrued almost 30 years of trial and appellate experience. Michael’s education as a nurse and his experience of having been in a serious motorcycle accident led to an understanding of how important it is to obtain appropriate and timely medical care to promote recovery. It was a desire to help others who have gone through the unexpected and life-changing experiences of a personal injury accident that led him to attend law school and assist other accident victims. Michael was born in Arkansas but graduated from high school in Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Beloit College in Wisconsin and his Bachelor of Science from Rush University College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois. Upon returning to Michigan, he worked as a nurse at the Detroit Medical Center while attending law school. He graduated from Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law) in 1989 and has practiced in the fields of personal injury law and medical malpractice for nearly 30 years.

Anne L. Rauch, a Partner with Berding|Weil, is board certified as an appellate specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization for the State Bar. Her work on appeals and writs has resulted in wins in a broad range of practice areas including construction defect claims, real property litigation, business and partnership disputes, contract claims, insurance coverage, corporate governance and breach of fiduciary duty claims, and anti-SLAPP motions and appeals. While building her appellate practice, Anne acquired expertise in all aspects of common interest development law while also successfully navigating multi-million dollar construction defect claims for community associations from inception and the initial defect investigation through settlement, trial, and to successful conclusion on appeal.
