Donelle H. Ratheal is the senior attorney of Ratheal Family Law. From 1993 to 2011, she was the senior attorney at Ratheal & Associates. From 2011 to 2019, Donelle was the managing partner of Ratheal, Maggard & Fortune, PLLC. Donelle has accrued almost 30 years of trial and appellate experience. The majority of her practice centers around complex family law and probate issues, both trials and appeals. Client representation has included contested custody, relocation of children, valuation of family-owned businesses, prenuptial agreements, grandparent rights and custody, domestic and international enforcement of domestic relations orders, stepparent adoptions, guardianships, wills, and trusts. She has represented clients in numerous appellate matters, many resulting in published appellate judicial opinions that clarified or modified existing law.

Michael’s education as a nurse and his experience of having been in a serious motorcycle accident led to an understanding of how important it is to obtain appropriate and timely medical care to promote recovery. It was a desire to help others who have gone through the unexpected and life-changing experiences of a personal injury accident that led him to attend law school and assist other accident victims. Michael was born in Arkansas but graduated from high school in Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Beloit College in Wisconsin and his Bachelor of Science from Rush University College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois. Upon returning to Michigan, he worked as a nurse at the Detroit Medical Center while attending law school. He graduated from Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law) in 1989 and has practiced in the fields of personal injury law and medical malpractice for nearly 30 years.

Anne L. Rauch, a Partner with Berding|Weil, is board certified as an appellate specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization for the State Bar. Her work on appeals and writs has resulted in wins in a broad range of practice areas including construction defect claims, real property litigation, business and partnership disputes, contract claims, insurance coverage, corporate governance and breach of fiduciary duty claims, and anti-SLAPP motions and appeals. While building her appellate practice, Anne acquired expertise in all aspects of common interest development law while also successfully navigating multi-million dollar construction defect claims for community associations from inception and the initial defect investigation through settlement, trial, and to successful conclusion on appeal. With that broad range of experience in both trial and appellate courts, Anne's good work has resulted in many published decisions shaping the law of California, including the application of the attorney-client privilege to communications between Association's litigation counsel and homeowners, the constitutional right to a jury trial, and refining the application of California's anti-SLAPP statute to better protect Constitutional free speech and petitioning rights. Rahul Ravipudi is a partner at Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi LLP and has spent his legal career handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving commercial vehicles, pedestrians, industrial or construction accidents, utility negligence, dangerous conditions of public and private property as well as cases of sexual abuse and sexual assault. Mr. Ravipudi also represents consumers in class actions against businesses who engage in unfair/illegal business practices and public entities in cases where corporations have endangered the safety, health, property or comfort of the public. Mr. Ravipudi currently serves as Public Entity Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in the JUUL Labs Product Cases, representing school districts and other public entities in California involved in litigation against the electronic cigarette manufacturer. Has also serves as Plaintiffs Co-Lead Counsel in the Southern California Fire Cases litigation arising out of the 2017 Thomas Fire and subsequent debris flows in Montecito, California as well as on the Plaintiffs Executive Committee in the California North Bay Fires litigation. Mr. Ravipudi previously served on the Steering Committee in the Blythe bus crash litigation.
