Timothy A. Rowe was born in Mansfield, Ohio. His father was a missionary in Africa and his uncle is a Lutheran minister. He graduated from the College of Emporia with a degree in Biblical Studies. He also attended the University of California Berkeley and Indiana University. He graduated with a B.A. with distinction in History and Classics from Indiana University and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. Mark A. Rubal is the senior litigation partner at Waldron & Schneider. Mr. Rubal is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in criminal law and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and graduated in May of 1982 from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Administration and Management Science and Economics. Mr. Rubal received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston-Law Center in December of 1989. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and has litigated cases in several federal jurisdictions both at the district court and appellate levels in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Ohio. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Rubal worked as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s office for approximately four years.
