Nick’s clients are focused predominantly on the national multi-family real estate industry as he has transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate in 2021. He is well-versed in matters related to advising and structuring joint ventures, syndicating real estate acquisitions, guidance through divestments, and creating real estate private equity funds and private investment companies. Ben Moore has devoted his legal career to protecting the physical safety and financial security of his clients and their families. A skilled and aggressive advocate, Ben began his career as a domestic violence prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he helped deliver justice to hundreds of survivors of physical, verbal and emotional abuse. Ben is a seasoned negotiator and litigator who brings the toughness and empathy he developed as an Assistant District Attorney to his matrimonial and family law practice, which has been his primary focus area since 2014. During his career, Ben has developed a keen understanding of the psychological elements of litigation and negotiation. Clair, and Rower LLC, where he was a partner. Ben received his B.A. magna cum laude from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2000 and is proficient in Hebrew. In 2007, he graduated Order of the Barristers from Brooklyn Law School, where he has served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy since 2014.

Corey W. Moore is a transactional attorney with Otis & Bedingfield, LLC. His practice focuses on estate planning and business, as well as estate administration. His work calls for his involvement in planning transfers of significant wealth involving closely held or family-held businesses; planning to minimize the potential liability for gift and estate taxes; planning the sale or acquisition of a closely held or family-owned business and other general business counselling; and administering trusts and estates. Corey obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he focused on business and on estate planning. He also served as a fellow for Pepperdine’s Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, where he counseled community members in developing and implementing business plans. Named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, Corey is a member of the Weld and Larimer County Bar Associations as well as the Colorado Bar Association, including the Trust and Estate and Business Sections.

Jonathan C. Moore became a partner of the firm in 2006. His area of practice is civil rights with a focus on police and governmental misconduct, employment discrimination, First Amendment advocacy and international human rights. He has successfully litigated significant cases both on behalf of individuals and as class counsel in cases involving systemic misconduct in police departments in New York and throughout the country. Attorney John A. Moore, Esq. is the founding member of The Moore Law Group. John received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2000 from The Florida State University College of Law, where he served as the Writing and Research Editor of The Florida State University Law Review. He also received his BS, with distinction, in Business Administration from Florida A&M University in 1996. Prior to starting the firm, John was a senior associate at the law firm of Powell Goldstein LLP located in Atlanta, Georgia, where he concentrated his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, bankruptcy litigation, real estate law, real estate litigation and commercial litigation. Attorney Moore is also very active in the community and various legal organizations. He is an active member of the National Bar Association, the Chair of the National Bar Association’s Small Firms and Solo Practitioners’ Division, and a Past Chair of the National Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division. Attorney Moore is also a member of the Gate City Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the 2006 class of Lead Atlanta, a leadership program for young professionals.
