Managing Partner Carmine A. Rubino oversees the navigation of every client’s case through the office, ensuring it is protected and handled effectively and efficiently. Among his vast responsibilities, Rubino prepares every KDLM case for trial, overseeing witnesses and experts, as well as lining up medical research and coordinating legal and medical arguments. “We handle many sad cases involving injured children,” says Rubino. “Their parents come to us wounded too, with nothing but worry, pain and the dream of wanting a life for their kids. He graduated with a B.A. from Lemoyne College, Syracuse, N.Y., and received a J.D. degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.

As a dedicated consumer attorney, he fights against damaging and inaccurate consumer reporting and unfair and deceptive debt collection practices, drawing on his diverse background and principles of empathy and tenacity. Beyond the courtroom, Meir's interests in bodybuilding and swimming reflect his disciplined and competitive mindset, enriching his legal practice. Christine Thea Rubinstein, Esq., specializes in cases involving immigration, along with estate planning, including estate law, probate, estate litigation, Wills, and probate litigation. She also has experience with medical-related law, such as Medicaid asset protection, Medicaid litigation, and special needs planning. She sits on the Senior Citizens Advisory Committee of Suffolk County, due in part to her estate planning and elder law planning experience, which combines financial, real estate, and legal strategies. Rubinstein also handles business planning and succession planning for her clients.
