Patricia Rusch Bellucci is uniquely qualified as both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience. She is admitted to the bar in New York and Connecticut and has a deep and established network throughout the Hudson Valley and New York Metropolitan area. With extensive experience working both as in-house counsel for Fortune 500 companies like General Electric and Pepsico, and a Big Four accounting firm, Ms. Bellucci brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to her private practice for clients of all sizes. Ms. Bellucci was a full-time business law and taxation professor at the State University of New York at New Paltz in the undergraduate and graduate business programs and served as an adjunct business professor at Siena College and the Culinary Institute of America. Since 2006, Ms. Bellucci has served on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Attorneys-CPAs and since 2018 she has been the Tax Chair for the Westchester Women’s Bar Association. She has served as a board member for the National Society for the Gifted and Talented, Cunneen Hackett Arts Center, Pawling Community Foundation, Pawling Public Radio, The Joseph J. Famularo Foundation and the West Point Parents Club. She was the Chair of the Tax-Exempt Committee for the American Academy of Attorneys-CPAs from 2009 – 2017. She currently is a member of the Westchester Estate Planning Council, the Dutchess County Estate Planning Council, and the New York State Bar Association, where she is a member of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section and the Estates, Trusts and Tax Issues Committee. Originally from the upstate New York area, she is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University and Siena College. Patricia resides in Pawling with her husband, Jim, a retired High School Principal. They have two adult children: 1LT James L. Bellucci, a 2022 Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Lauren, an undergraduate student at Boston College

Madison Brynn Russell is an Attorney in Statesboro, Georgia.
