Living in South Alabama near a military installation, just down the road in fact, having grown up as a “army brat” and actually serving as a combat soldier Neville has a unique perspective on the benefits and trials of military life. Active in sports, supporting and participating in motorcycling, boating, kayaking, camping, hiking, and cycling provides knowledge of the mechanics and benefits of sports activities and the dangers in the environments in which they occur. Needless to say those of us involved in sporting activities are subject to numerous risks and hazards caused by the carelessness, inattention, and recklessness of people who intrude into the world of sporting activities without regard for the safety of participants. Careless drivers impact our sports world running down cyclists, pulling out in front of motorcyclists, and crashing into boats. The experience obtained through actual participation in activities provides Neville a perspective unique among legal service providers adding to his competence as legal counsel for the severely injured and brain-damaged victim.

Area of Practice: Personal Injury Law (Toxic Tort) For more than 30 years, I have represented claimants in personal injury litigation, focusing primarily on toxic tort cases involving exposure to radiation, asbestos, benzene, and pesticides. I have also represented clients in qui tam litigation, in sports adjudications and in catastrophic injury cases (volcanic eruptions). I earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of California at Berkeley, a master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy State University (European Region), and a law degree from the University of Texas. I am a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Bar Associations of the Third and Fifth Federal Circuits, the American Association for Justice, and the Washington State Association of Justice's Eagle program. Prior to my law career, I worked in politics as a legislative staff member at the Texas State Senate.
