Attorney Kristina M. Rainer obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL) and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in Political Science and Criminal Justice. While attending UDSL, she received CALI awards for her academic achievements in Wills and Trusts, Legal Writing, and Law Practice Management. Throughout her law school career, she showed her dedication to providing legal services to her community, and was acknowledged for her commitment to pro bono work at her graduation ceremony. In 2020, Kristina became certified by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) as an OSBA Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Since 2023, Kristina has served as the Chair for the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section of the Dayton Bar Association. Kristina began developing and applying the skills she would later bring to Roberson Law while clerking for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Sharon L. Ovington at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. During her clerkship, Kristina assisted Judge Ovington in developing and drafting her legal opinions, which was experience that helped Kristina make a transition into litigation when she worked at the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section. Since joining Roberson Law in 2007, Kristina has been showing the same commitment to legal excellence while seriving the needs of her clients in the areas of estate planning, trust, probate law, and elder law. Kristina also assists clients with business formations and incorporations and previously served as an adjunct professor for Sinclair Community College. As a life long resident of Dayton, Ohio, Kristina has continued to show her commitment to serving her community. Business Debt Settlement Steven has served as an Assistant District Attorney, where he successfully handled hundreds of cases. During his time as a prosecutor, Steven was involved in high-profile cases such as those involving Rapper DMX and NY Rangers’ Defenseman Sandis Ozolinsh. While serving as a prosecutor, he joined the U.S. Army. As a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Steven volunteered for active duty in Iraq. There he served in the office of the Staff Judge Advocate, defending soldiers from actions instituted by the federal government, making probable cause determinations for the command, and assisting in the training of Iraqi soldiers in legal proceedings. Roshan Rajkumar is a trial attorney defending corporations in state and federal courts against commercial, product liability, toxic tort and warranty matters. In both serving as lead counsel in local and national roles for both individual matters and mass torts, he has gained extensive experience representing major manufacturers of commercial and consumer motor vehicles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and construction products. Clients retain Roshan for his first- and second-chair civil litigation trial experience; however, they also seek out his skills in efficient and effective assessment and resolution of civil litigation matters. Roshan understands that his clients need an attorney that respects business drivers and needs when deciding whether to recommend trying a case, or seeking early resolution. Roshan has been part of the national litigation team for a major chemical company addressing toxic tort claims. Roshan also represents a major product manufacturer in all of its Wisconsin asbestos matters, addressing issues of premise and product liability, and serves as regional asbestos counsel for a commercial HVAC manufacturer. In addition, he currently serves as warranty counsel for a major automobile manufacturer in seven states, as national warranty counsel for a major Minnesotan vehicle manufacturer, and regional warranty counsel for four motor vehicle manufacturers.
