Soon after being admitted to the New York Bar on March 30, 2005, Yoni founded the Law Office of Yonatan S. Levoritz, and quickly acquired a reputation for success based on his holistic approach to a wide range of legal issues that span civil, criminal, business, matrimonial, and appellate law, as well as estate planning and elder law. By 2008, his extraordinary success in and out of the courtroom led to his being named Professional of the Year in Matrimonial Law by Strathmore’s Who’s Who. Additionally, Mr. Levy represents consumers in class actions and multi?district litigation arising out of deceptive and unfair business practices, defective and dangerous products, insurance coverage denials, and unlawful overcharges. He earned his B.A. from New York University, his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as editor?in?chief of the Hofstra Law Review. He authored several articles that are published in various law reviews. Prior to founding Levy & Partners he was with an international law firm in New York City.

Tina L. Lewert, Esquire, is a seasoned Boca Raton, Board Certified Family Lawyer who works with clients to resolve family law issues including child custody, visitation, and parenting issues, and child support, alimony, and marital agreements. Attorney Tina L. Lewert can also assist with domestic violence-related matters and post-divorce issues, such as modifying your child custody agreement or addressing a situation involving an ex who refuses to pay child support or alimony. Ms. Lewert earned her undergraduate degree at Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. As a Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law, Ms. Lewert is among the fewer than 7 percent of attorneys in Florida who are designated by The Florida Bar as “Expert” in their field.
