Rachel L. Shelstad is a partner with Winner & Booze. Rachel is a native Nevadan, and her family has resided in Las Vegas since 1950. Rachel engages in the defense of civil litigation including claims for personal injury, property damage, premises liability, investigation of insurance fraud, bad faith litigation in State and Federal Court, and the prosecution of claims for subrogated interests. Rachel has participated in over forty (40) trials and enjoys bringing excellent and efficient results to her clients.
